Michelle has been treating my elderly mom for the past 3 years. She has been fantastic with my mom, great bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. She takes the time to answer questions I may have and discusses treatment options.

Michele was very nice and explained things very well. It was the first time someone really took their time to do so. I’m not very impressed with OAA in general, as everyone seems to be in a hurry, seemingly forgetting that patients (potentially) are in a lot of pain. From the reception to the actual visit, everyone I interacted with spoke tersely and kind of rushed me through their part of the process, Michele wasn’t that way at all. I felt heard, which is the only time I can truly say that about anyone in this part of the practice.
