Michael and I reviewed my health? He asked about Medication and why I wasn’t taking them. We discussed the importance of those medications and what they do. We reviewed my charts and came up with A Plan I will be Following. Blood Pressure daily reading. Taking all my Meds Prescribed. Set up Testing and New Medication. Will Review in Four Months. Thanks Michael I Understand.,
