Meredith graduated from Irmo High School with honors and then furthered her education at the University of South Carolina’s College of Nursing. In 2009, she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She began working as a pediatric nurse at Lexington Medical Center while pursuing a graduate degree. Meredith graduated in 2011 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing and joined SouthernMED Pediatrics in 2012 as their nurse practitioner.
