Nurse Practitioner Melissa Rasmussen provided outstanding care during our telemed encounter. She was engaged and patient throughout our time together, and she asked thoughtful questions for clarity and/or to gather more information when necessary. She clearly explained her plan of care for me, and she quickly followed through in ordering new meds for me. I am very satisfied with the care that I received today. One final note -- I messed something up when trying to check in for the telemed appointment, and instead of thinking I was a "no-show," Nurse Rasmussen actually called me. All in all, an excellent experience.
