I left not so clear on how to deal with my issue and feeling like even though I was having so much pain a steroid pack would take care of it. My x-rays and mri were not reviewed until last minute and even though it was offered I actually talk to the doctor I was scheduled for, it would be a waste of time cause she made the call with a last minute radiologist report. I trust my medical professionals are advising me in the right direction, so I'm good with going with what I got, but I feel she could work on her "bedside manner".

Melissa explained the difference between the arthritic condition of my knees. Taking time to do that helped me better understand my arthritis and its effects. Also, I was less scared to get the shots. Melissa is really good at putting people at ease. She's awesome.

I was very happy with my visit and my results from my procedure has been good.

I didn’t recognize her name on my phone—she said it so fast I didn’t know her name. Asking questions that didn’t relate to me—wanted to know about consultation with Dr Briggs- I’ve never had an appt with him-asked if I’d had a back consultation-NO- realized that evening she had my spouse’s chart—NOT MINE!!!! Attempted to read x-ray—missed a 3rd metatarsal healing fracture- luckily the orthopedic physician confirmed the fracture by exam & x-ray. She also mid-used 2 postural medical terms. When I asked the source of her medical history information she never looked to confirm whose medical chart she had in her hands. Now I will have to go to OIO to see if my health information was recorded on my spouse’s chart............I received great care from Dr. Misson
