Melissa was the nicest NP I’ve ever met!! I felt she really listened to me. I’ve only been to a couple of urgent cares, and this place was very kind from start to finish!
Brushed me off as if what my pain was in my head. Went home and sat then went to the emergency room and was told they can feel a lump and it's likely I tore a ligament and I need to get a MRI which she should of ordered there at IOI. Unfortunately. I wouldn't recommend and dont know if I will even go back
