I went thru a lot with different health issues earlier in the year and she was very attentive and did not rush me when I was telling her about them. She explained things very well and she is always easy to understand when explaining upcoming procedures. It's always a pleasure to deal with!!

Melissa great. But your phone system awful. Every time I call I am placed on hold for 5-10 minutes. And often get transferred to someone else requiring another 5+ min wait. Very annoying.
