Felt like she really listened & I didn't feel rushed so she could get with next patient.
Melissa was wonderful. I came in with some anxiety and LOTS of questions, and she answered them all. She fully explained the next steps we would take, and I left feeling very positive. It was a real pleasure meeting with her.
