We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Braun today. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient, and the entire visit felt well-organized. Dr. Braun took the time to really listen, explained everything in a clear and compassionate way, and made us feel at ease right away. It’s rare to find a physician who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Dr Braun is exactly that. We left the appointment feeling informed, reassured, and confident about the next steps. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a urologist.

Melissa was fine—but only fine. She communicated that my daughter’s ultrasound and kidney growth were normal, which was reassuring. However, when we raised concerns about her frequent voiding accidents in the context of her language delays and ASD diagnosis, Melissa dismissed it by saying “all four-year-olds are like that” and comparing it to her own child’s behavior. She insisted on a KUB for constipation, despite our explaining that our daughter has regular daily stools. We felt our concerns were brushed aside, and instead of collaborative discussion, she spoke down to us and lectured us. I left the visit upset and with no desire to see her again.

She came into the room asked why we were there, my husband and I explained why and the symptoms she was having. She cut us off and seemed like she already had her mind made up before even coming in to meet with us.

So amazing! Was wonderful with my teenage son who was really nervous.
