Meagan had a smile on her face and seemed nicer. So the visit felt more relaxed, which was better. Maybe she is just getting to know me better. I always love a smile directed to me!

The best service
Megan initially seemed assuming, judgemental and dismissive. But after requesting additional information on my MRI and telling her more of my story, she seemed a little more sympathetic to my situation, but only after I called her back in. That said, I felt betrayed and blindsided by the way they interpreted my urine test. No pain meds if I have any alcohol whatsoever is ludicrous and out of touch with reality. I spent 2 1/2 months seeing numerous specialiists going through tests, x-rays, MRI's, injections, PT, etc, ect, before asking for a refill of a medication I've taken for 20 years, and was met with a judgemental attitude which failed to take into account my entire head-to-toe status. This institute seems to only focus on small areas and doesn't consider my overall body and what I am going through as I try to establish doctor's in AZ during our move out here.
