If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. The provider wasted my time completely something that could’ve easily been handled over the phone. Instead, I took time off work just to be told something she could have called to let me know about. To make matters worse, she brought up an issue from 2023 that no other doctor has ever mentioned, which felt unnecessary and out of place. The entire interaction made me feel disrespected and dismissed, as if she only gives her time and attention to “certain people,” if you know what I mean. Overall, this was the worst service I’ve ever received, and I would never recommend this office to anyone.

My concerns where not addressed a hour talking to the staff looking at my chart finally talking to me and a very sad phone call prior it's not her concern and this is not the first time and I brought my medical records in for her as well
Very personable. I felt very heard and seen and didn't feel rushed at all. Answered all my questions that I had.
I was refused a note explaining that I would be off work for an extended period of time until I would be able to see the back surgeon.
She is very throurough and kind. Really listens to your concerns.
