She was very professional and knowledgeable and was very kind and compassionate and how she delivered the information. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Refuses to have a leeway for medication refills. She raced the prescription for exactly 30 days but the insurance company puts it at 28 days so there's a leeway in case it needs to be picked up by someone else or they need to reorder it again. Because she does not give me a leeway I am 2 to 3 days a month without medication and am in complete and utter pain for those 3 days. The pharmacy never has this medication in stock so they are constantly having to reorder. Therefore I have to wait after my 30 days are up.
She actually cares about trying to help ease my pain.
