Megan was condescending, rude and criticized me the entire visit. After being chastised on the phone by two separate employees for removing three stitches, my goal and expectation for the follow up appointment with Megan was to have “moved past” the clearly devastating and life threatening stitch removal. I even asked Megan if it was possible to move forward. However she insisted on belittling me (I could hear her conversation about me with Dr Richardson in the next room). I then informed her that while I (and my husband) have served this country and had a lot of experience stitching (and removing stitches) from fellow soldiers in the field. Megan’s response of “great” was sarcastic and dismissive. I will never return for any future service with Granite Orthopedic because of my encounter with Megan. Shame on you for treating a veteran with blatant disregard and disrespect after I explicitly asked you not to.
Very informative
Megan is great. Very straightforward, and has great people skills.
Always efficient & informative! Pleasant, friendly.
She is always so pleasant, thorough & professional!
I have a ton of trust in Megan. She has a level of knowledge like no other. I have seen her for my aftercare and hip surgery several times and she always gives me suggestions as to what to do in order to heal better and get my body stronger which is imperative in the healing process. Plus, she is so kind I can ask her anything.
