Matt is prompt, I hardly had to wait at all! I have only been to the Vascular Institute two previous times, both a year ago, but Matt obviously took the time to review my chart because he knew my case and seemed to remember me...that impressed me and made me feel confident in him. He is caring and gentle and explains everything - he even drew a picture of the procedure I will have on a paper towel so I could understand. I would choose Matt over ANYONE else!
