Pays attention, knew why I was there, even after 3 unavoidable cancellations! He noted my service dog’s name, made me feel incredibly comfortable discussing my situation. He’s knowledgeable beyond his specialty (as I updated him on other health issues). He offered a referral I was going to ask for. He understood my concerns clearly, and advised me on follow up, after my tests came back normal for the first time. He is pleasant and communicates clearly. I was VERY impressed with him.
