Matt Henderson, MSN, NP-C

I went in to see Matt yesterday with my foot that was infected from a surgery I had done on my Achilles tendon on 7/17. He was very kind and caring.

I love Matt Henderson…he’s the very best and helps you to the max! Orthowest is so lucky to have him!

Matt listens to his patients before he begins his exam and treatment. He is personable and shows that he cares about his patients and their issues.

Took his time, listened to my concerns, gave me things to do to help in the progress of healing.

I do not like Matt bc he was too rough on my knee he bent it all the way when I told him it was hard for me to bend all the way because the way my kneecap was in he pushed on it a lot and I could not and I feel more pain now than I did I cried almost all day yesterday because he was so rough on my knee in the doctor told me I'm going to have to have surgery but Matt I said if if I tried therapy and I already told him I tried therapy and it did not walk and he keeps on telling me if I have surgery and I know I'm going to have to have surgery because I actually tore a ligament that holds my kneecap together

Matt was very nice for the few minutes I spoke with him. But those 5 stars are for Mike. He was great with my 2 year old and helped him feel at ease even when he was in pain. He talked to him and explained what he was going to do to his arm first which made us both feel better. Highly recommend!

Matt was great. He spoke clearly and concisely asked me if I understood asked me about what I was doing when my ankle/ hip hurt.he’s fabulous. He gave me stretching exercises and I feel certain I will get better soon.

Six to go along with that he was rude to me he was rude to my son he gave my son a dirty look and almost verbally attacked him for trying to stick up for me because he hurt me told me it was all in my head there was nothing wrong with me and then didn't even want to let me get a shot of cortisone in my knee or a brace for my knee without giving me a bunch of excuses and attitude he was extremely rude uncaring and rough grabbed me by my bad knee and spun me around and even me crying out in pain didn't realize that it was enough that he needed to stop I do not ever want to see him again

Matt is a great nurse practitioner and is very thoughtful of your choices and does go over everything that he is going to do and goes over every possible treatment that is available to you. I trust seeing him when Dr. Maxwell is not available. I have has knee problems all my life just about and Matt is an excellent nurse practitioner. I trust what he says.

He checked out my foot and listened to what was going on with it. He gave me several ideas to try to get it better.
