Matin Taheri is a wonderful Heath care provider who gets to know her patients and provides superior care!
I cannot say enough good things about Matin Taheri. From my first visit to Nova Cardiovascular, she impressed me. I had recently had open heart surgery in South Carolina and was new to the Woodbridge area. Upon her entering the room, she began telling me about my surgery and all my medical history leading up to and after the surgery. As if she had studied thoroughly for this exam. She was, and still is patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She answers all your questions, thus calming your fears and concerns. She is detailed oriented in explaining answers to your health questions and doesn't rush you in her delivery, as some Dr's have been known to do. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those I care about. Thank you Matin for your excellent care, you are definitely one of the best!
Matin gave me the test results in a knowledgeable and easy to understand manner. She was both professional and personable. I did not feel like she was rushing to get to the next patient, but she was not wasting time, either.

I feel like she blows you off and is lazy putting in test orders. She refuses to run tests, including doing an EKG!!!! I was having active symptoms at the time! Instead she decided to look at my old EKG from the hospital a week ago. That’s fine if she’s comparing it to the one from my office visit. I will never go back again! It’s a shame bc I loved Dr Yazdani, but his schedule doesn’t work with mine now.
