Mary Pelphrey, APRN, FNP-C

Mary Pelphrey, APRN, FNP-C is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner that specializes in weight loss management here at CAPS. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Public Health from University of Evansville. She then completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University and then went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Primary Care Practice from Northern Kentucky University. She comes to CAPS with over 5 years of nursing experience working in Labor and Delivery, Home Healthcare and Women’s Health. As a Nurse Practitioner she has practiced in Urology and Women’s Health specializing in sexual dysfunction in Oncology as well as in Aesthetics.

Mary has a passion for building relationships with her patients and helping them to look and feel their best through lifestyle management, medication management, fitness, and nutrition guidance.
