I’ve ween Mary before, She’s excellent. Better than most PAs there at KVH. She has a wonderful bedside manner and a caring nature She always helps with just the right thing. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, and is very thorough. I always feel like I’ve gotten good care when they say Mary Dowling is the one that was going to take care of me.
Dismissive. Infection getting worse and will have to find another doctor and pay another copay.

She is HORRIBLE!!! I do NOT have allergies, have NEVER been diagnosed in my 53 yrs with allergies & allergies do NOT present with; body aches to the point my teeth & hair hurt, fever of over 103 which started within 2 hours of leaving Rapid Access (my temp was 99 when checked in), ears burning & pulling down into my severe & painful sore throat, congestion so bad all of my facial bones hurt, terrible sinus headache, I haven't eaten in 48+ hours. I told her EVERYTHING I was doing at home, only for her to "diagnose" allergies & repeat, LITERALLY, what I just told her, as to what I should be doing at home. This is the 2nd time she has MISDIAGNOSED myself or a family member, when, in FACT, it was something very severe & had to get medical support from REAL Dr's at a hospital!!! Seriously, did she get her degree out of a cracker jack box?!? You folks NEED to do something about her...I know many others who have dealt with her in the same manner. We will no longer use Rapid Access PERIOD!!!
