Mark is helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. He goes above and beyond expectations.
He asked all the right questions and took care of a serious problem I wasn't aware of. (Infected dog bite). My appt was for refills. I appreciated his care and information.

He helped us with the main problem which was the reason for going in. BUT his bedside manner and boarderline rude questions were hurtful. Couldve easily asked extremely personal questions in a more compassionate way. Seemed very stressed and hurried.
