She was very kind. She listened to me and didn't make me feel stupid. I've had a few people do that, but she didn't and she gave me some hope. She is a wonderful person and I highly recommend her 2000 percent

She never told me that someone else was listening to our appointment. Her computer was open and at one point she said something and I didn’t know what she said and I asked her and she said she wasn’t talking to me she was talking to her transcripter?? Then I heard a voice coming from her computer so at no point did she mention that someone was listening and taking notes for her and I didn’t feel comfortable not being told upfront. Then as I was walking out of the office she just started a conversation in front of her computer so I turned and said ok well goodbye and nice meeting you!??!
