Informative and friendly. Answered all my questions. Additional question since meeting with Maggie. A different assistant in Dr Zub’s office called with questions and said I was having MILD procedure on L2-5. I understood from Maggie and Dr Zub that treatment was on L3-5. Which is it?

I moved to Wilmington and will always go to Leland for Nurse Maggie. She cares, listens, takes necessary steps to ensure my safety and best health.

Maggie’s career in nursing began at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, after she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University. She also worked in the UPMC Cancer Center as a treatment room nurse, a stem cell transplant coordinator and a clinical education specialist. While working in various nursing capacities, she also earned her Master of Science, Nursing Education degree from Chatham University. Following a year-long stint as a clinical instructor at Duquesne, she enrolled in the university a second time, achieving her Post Masters Certificate, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Prior to joining our staff, she was with an urgent care clinic in Shallotte.
Maggie is a valuable member of the Interventional Pain Management team led by David W. Zub, MD.
