My appointment was at 10am. At 12:45 after completing my vitals, chest xray and pft, I still had not been called to see the nurse practitioner. Everyone I met was incredibly kind except for the lady at the desk who could not tell me where I was in line and offered no help in the situation. I never met Mallory so I have no opinion on her as a practioner.

We never saw anyone. Sat for 2.5 hours. No pft or anything. We had to leave our house at 7 a.m. to be on time. We were on time. No excuses. She may have been a good provider, but never got to see her.
