Excellent care I received from Mallory Halpin and the support staff
My appointment was 9:30 but I didn't see Mallory Halpin until 11:45--that is waiting over 2 hours! The couple near me also had an appointment at 9:30 and at 11 he told the front desk they had other things to do and to cancel the appointment and they left. So I was not the only one upset.
