Mallory is fabulous. I was told to be there 15 minutes before appointment but nobody showed up until 7:25, then she forgot her keys so had to wait for another employee to get there and unlock doors. I understand this happens but you are specific in saying to arrive early and I follow those guidelines. I don’t usually respond to these surveys and I really worry this person will know it’s me. Mallory was aware of this so am sure she talked to the receptionist.
I love Mallory, she is the best. I love how genuinely concerned she is for her patients. She doesn’t Rush and she listened when she’s with you as a patient.
