She was nice enough but the entirety of the “pre-op” appointment that I had to use leave from work and pay the co-pay was, “do you have any questions?” This was a waste if my time and money.

Five years after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ashland University in Ohio, Macie Ricketts, FNP-C graduated from the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program at Chamberlain University in Chicago.
She joined EmergeOrtho – Coastal Region in August of 2026, bringing significant experience in various acute and critical care settings, including as a home health nurse, a hospitalist and an emergency department nurse.
