Excellent provider! I’m completely satisfied with her as my children’s pediatrician.

Lyndsey was kind, thorough, explained everything so we could understand and made suggestions for our best course of action. She cared.

Lyndsey genuinely cares about her patients. She listens and hears them and takes the steps that it takes to ensure that they are well. We would follow her to any practice!

We’ve been seeing this provider for years and always trusted her with our daughter’s care. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was very different and left us disappointed. During a procedure for an abscess, things felt rushed and cold. I asked about pain medication beforehand, but was told it wouldn’t take effect fast enough. However, medication was given after the procedure, which contradicted that explanation and left us questioning why comfort couldn’t have been prioritized earlier. The approach came across as overly aggressive and dismissive, and my daughter, who has been through blood draws, surgery, and recovery in the past without fear, now feels afraid to go to the office. I understand everyone has bad days, and I say this as a parent and as a former RN who would not point something out unless it felt necessary. This experience shook our trust, and I hope the feedback helps bring awareness to the importance of not overbooking doctors, and giving them a moment to breathe.
