Lori was a joy to speak with about my upcoming surgery. I especially like the fact that she opened by asking if l had any questions, instead of rendering a prepared speech. My questions were answered thoroughly, and I was given ample time to take notes. She also welcomed me to call if I had any further questions. I left feeling good about Pinnacle as a direction for my procedure. 😊
