I came in to discuss a right breast mass that has been followed for years however, I felt like Lori was shrugging her shoulders and refusing to request further test. As a patient, it’s very important to being heard and my health is very important and it seriously. I felt like I wasn’t being listened to.

I felt Lori was really annoyed and uninterested the entire appointment. I was talking about things I was confused about or miscommunicated such as appointment scheduling for my abnormal paps, a potential vaccine, and intravaginal ultrasound and it felt like there was no recognition of the confusion I’ve been experiencing and it felt like there was a lack of concern or care about my symptoms and issues I’ve been experiencing. I actually started crying during the appointment and Lori didn’t acknowledge me or ask me if I was okay. It was very concerning to see that lack of care for my emotional well being. I am a provider myself and it felt shocking since I can only guess there’s extreme burn out occurring for her to care that little about me. She seemed like she wanted the appointment over as quick as possible and felt it was unnecessary and or she was mad at me for being confused about the communication regarding my treatment plan.

Lori is very caring and knowledgeable! She listens and gives excellent recommendations for your specific health needs!
