Lori comes off as rude and over powering with her way of doing things and not friendly. I just dont like her personality, so I will not be seeing her again. I let the front desk know that I dont want to see her again.

She has been so great with my 9 year old! During our appointment today, we found out we would be putting our beloved dog to sleep when we were done with the check up. We were crying when Lori entered the room. She was so kind, asked to hug my 9 year old, and asked sweet questions about our pup, while reminiscing of the time her own dog was out to sleep. She got us out quick so we could be at the vet.
