Excellent treatment. I was desperate to get in as I’d had two sleepless nights due to carpal tunnel. I texted early and was told to be there and Lori would take care of me. She did! Thanks Lori

visited for a hand injury that was mishandled at urgent care because I wanted imaging to make sure there was no nerve damage. Instead of asking/answering me about a variety of odd sensations -I felt dismissed, belittled and drug seeking. I was there for assurance that these were normal signs of recovery I felt concerned, hence the imaging. She should understand. I am not a hand specialist. I am an artist that paints for income and mental health. I wanted her to see the nature of the injury prior to treatment after removal and described how much I’ve pain. throughout this interaction. She was short dismissive pretty much you’re fine. Why are you here? This is my impression.assured me everything was perfect with my hand but I could come back for a recheck in seven or 10 days. My response was why would I need to come back to have you recheck an injury that is perfect? It would serve her well to show a bit more concern.. and know the difference in self care and someone abusing drugs.
