I got there at 8:30. My appointment was at 8:45. I got called back. I think a little after that talked to the nurse about my problem when I was there for for a pap smear then they asked me two times. Sorry we're taking long. Sorry about the wait. Okay came again. Sorry about the wait then they asked me what was I there for. I said a pap smear then they said do I have my ovaries and do I have my uterus? Isn't it in my chart? My file of what I got done in my previous appointments didn't make no sense. I was in the room for almost 45 minutes. I did not get seen from Lisa. I was not happy at all. I'm very very disappointed in the service that you guys provide and I'm still upset. Have a nice day
