Lisa Spaulding, NP-C grew up in South Dakota and then moved to Edmonton, Canada to obtain her Diploma in Nursing from the University of Alberta. After receiving her degree Lisa moved to Georgia and began her career at Emory, initially on an open-heart cardiac unit. Lisa’s interest and passion for cardiology allowed her to move into the open-heart surgery ICU, during this time she completed both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Emory.

Lisa is very attentive and knowledgeable of the various pathways and medicinal approaches to heart conditions. I have felt informed, included and embraced as a patient at this practice. This was a practice I sought for a second opinion and so thankful I did.
