I love Lisa Schaffer not only does she not treat you like a number she dissect the problem

She took her time with me, carefully listening to everything I had to say, and I felt truly heard.
I've tried to give this clinic a chance multiple times and they continue to fail tremendously so I think I'm done at this point. Every appointment I have, starts LATE. I had a telehealth appointment this morning at 11am and waited for 40 minutes until I got tired of waiting and ended the call. I tried calling a couple times to speak with a manager, only to be told they weren't available and they didn't have access to a skip-level manager. I'd be curious if other patients get treated the way I do, or if it's just an "African-American" thing going on, but what I experienced today was absolutely pathetic and a complete waste of my time, for the appointment to not happen. Shame on you, HealthyU!
