She was friendly, direct and efficient! I felt that I was getting exactly what I needed! She knows exactly what to ask and what to elaborate on to help me understand the next steps, with respect and a bit of humor!

I am 69 years old I visited CHC because of a chronic cough, diarrhea, dizzy &had been sleeping for 10 days
I was examined by the nurse, Alex, who tested for COVID & strep throat. He came & left a few times. Each time I said I wanted a chest X-ray
Despite my having low oxygen levels in the past my oxygen level test was 97.
After Lisa entered the room I told her that I wanted a chest X-ray. She took out her stethoscope and listened to my lungs thru TWO layers of coats in only two areas of my back
Then Lisa opened the door, told me to get off the table. I told her I felt very dizzy & earlier I was dizzy and fell on the floor alone in the exam room. I asked if anyone had heard me scream when I fell.
Lisa pointed to the reception area, told me to wait "out there" until I was called for the X-ray.
The X-ray tech called for me about 15 minutes later & when it was completed he said everyone has gone home, so you can go.
No instructions, no prognosis, medication, nothing!
And I know why

Lisa
My apologies for complaining about being at chc for 2 hours. You told me you were there by yourself today and shorthanded. Please accept my apology as I think.I was only thinking about myself.
Thank you, Bob Worthan
