Lisa exemplifies why many people fear visiting doctors. I have been seeing her for a few years now, and while I acknowledge that she is very knowledgeable, her condescending tone, lack of empathy, and unwillingness to admit mistakes have left me feeling small and insignificant. During my most recent appointment, she was 45 minutes late and then implied that I was at fault for waiting. She often took her frustrations out on me, making it challenging to express my health concerns. These are just some of the reasons why I will be seeking a new specialist.
