READ your patients charts before you walk into the room!! Twice now I’ve had appts in this office and it’s frustrating when you are clueless to my visit or my cancer history. You thought I was there for a post op visit but it’s been over a year since my surgery. Never asked if I had questions or issues. Girl taking my stats didn’t leave me a gown. Asked if I had a gynecologist??? Um, where am I?? If you took a few minutes to read
My background, you would have realized I had a DBL masectomy, my other drs are downstairs & that’s why I see the OBGYN doctors here now. Rushed visit; everyone seemed overwhelmed and chaotic. Plus there was issues with scheduling and this appt. Printout of my appt didn’t match your system. This was a rescheduled visit which wasn’t a huge deal but just another example of disorganization.
Dr Godoy did similar thing on an earlier visit.i had to remind her why I was there that day, as she thought she was doing a procedure but she was giving me results.
