Very nice and she listened to what I had to say, however, she forgot to refill my Tramadol prescription. I need it because of the daily pain I experience. I did ask if she would refill and she said yes. But when I picked up my scripts it was not included. I did call the office and the pharmacy also sent a request as well. I am sure it was just a oversight that can be resolved. I do have a great appreciation for Dr Kouser and the staff at the office. I am treated with respect and kindness. Thank you

It just took to long to see her. I understand getting behind but I drive a long way and it's hard on me setting that long also I usually have to be back to my home town by 5:30 even if I make a eailer appointment it is hard. She is a excellent Doctor and does a great job she will listen to you and help all she can.
She takes time to listen to your problems. I would highly recommend her.
