Linda was familiar with my records for this our first meeting. She thoroughly reviewed my recent records of my BP and ordered a 24-hour ambulatory BP monitor. We discussed my medications and the need for me to keep regular records of my weight to monitor possible water retention. Linda encouraged both my and my daughter’s questions. She scheduled a return appointment in four weeks. I felt heard and competently
