She listens,adds comments if appropriate, explained her exam and was friendly and asked if I understood everything we discussed. She also explained the medication & the possible effects of it .

While Lilian as a practitioner is very good. She is ALWAYS running very late. Even if you are the first appt of the day, she is late. On average she is 45 minutes late, it’s extremely frustrating
