Leyna Midkiff, NP

Leyna Midkiff is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in Urology. She earned her Nursing Degree and Master’s from DePaul University in Chicago and has over 10 years of diverse medical experience, including urology, orthopedics, and emergency medicine.

Leyna joined USNWI in October 2022 as a Urology Nurse Practitioner, where she provides expert care in both inpatient and outpatient settings and serves as a surgical first assist. As an Advanced Practice Provider, she is deeply committed to building strong patient relationships, understanding their health goals, and emphasizing patient education. She firmly believes in the importance of informed, shared decision-making in all aspects of urologic care.

Leyna is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and an active member of the American Urological Association. She resides in Northwest Indiana with her husband and two children.
