Lexi Mickey, NP grew up in North Dakota and moved to Arizona in 2012. She attended Grand Canyon University, receiving her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2014. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and received a leadership award. Her nursing career started at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center on Med Surg and Observation Units. She then worked at Banner Del Webb Medical Center in the Neurological Progressive Care Unit.
While working as an RN, Lexi immediately continued her education by entering Arizona State University’s Adult Geriatric Doctor of Nursing Practice program. She graduated in 2018 and began working at Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates for almost 5 years. During this time, Lexi participated in numerous research studies and took part in a now-published research journal article. She then decided to take a break from Rheumatology and explore Dermatology, which is also one of her specialties of interest. After a year and a half, it was time to return to Rheumatology.
Lexi is married with two daughters and a French bulldog named Beefy. She loves reading, traveling, and her Peloton. Trips back home to North Dakota are always on her wish list. She hopes to see as much of the world as she can and read as many books as possible!

i've seen Dr. Solomon for over 30 years. I did not like the fact that is assistant is attempting to blame the pain experience on anything other than the Lucas he diagnosed 30 years ago, I am not her patient my rheumatologist is N is Dr. Nihad Solomon

Exceptionally professional, personable and caring. I felt much more positive about the care I am getting because of the time spent with Lexi Mickey, her concern about perhaps my current medication was no longer as effective and perhaps a different medication might be in order and scheduled me the same day for a bone density scan.
very personable. listened to me describe my knee issue and what i had done to try and address the issue. she went through several possible options for treatment.
Best doctor I have, of many. Keeps me from signing up for Advantage.
