Won't prescribe me estriol even though I haven't had my period in 6 months. Making me wait until next month when I see Dr Shah to get a prescription. Utterly ridiculous I won't be back

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was rushed and she just threw meds at me to get me out of her hair so she could leave for the day. I normally see another doctor at this office but she is always booked and she doesn’t listen to my concerns either. I will never go back her again. This office has really gone downhill. You would think women would care about women.

I was told I could only be seen for an ultrasound of if I saw an MD or PA after. I felt she walked in on the defensive, overstating what she wasn’t qualified and there to do. If all she intended to do was relay the Drs feedback and ref, I could see gone home right after the ultrasound and gotten a call from a PA or nurse with the result. It was a waste of my time and seemed to put her I. An awkward position to have to come in and tell me what she couldn’t do. I am sure she was well intended in defining her limitations but it didn’t come off well to me.

I did not visit Dr. Vega, I went to leave a urine sample for a possible urinary tract infection. I was told that a prescription would be called in as soon as I left the sample. This did not happen and I had to call the doctor on call to get this done before my pharmacy closed. I was very disappointed because this isn’t the first time I’ve had experiences like this and it’s not something that I should have to worry about.
