Ms Franklin presented self, professionally, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. Bedside manner was fantastic. Made me feel very comfortable explained everything in detail and was very encouraging with any Information that I needed and had a genuine concern for my well-being. If I could sum her up in one word, it would be exceptional.!
