She was great. This was the first time I had an appointment with her. I was however disappointed in the staff that provided me the paperwork. They were not sure of the changes made in the medication and the handout I was supposed to receive. they could not get in contact with her about my concerns, she was with another patient. I was abruptly told the handout about cholesterol would be mailed to me She did give me a handout for diabetic diet . My visit with NP Zavala was a 5 star rating. Still disappointed with what followed
