Goes over my medical status and checks my strength and breathing with regard to the myasthenia gravis. Reviews my current labs with me.

She seemed frustrated on an issue with the computer and sending in prescription from another patient as well as mine. Didn't seem interested in listening to what I had to say. She was in the room maybe 10 min suggested in 3 months to do botox or refill my prescription. I didn't think it was a concerned visit. More of a I have all these patients to deal with.....ugh . Just my opinion. Prefer not to see her again. I prefer my regular doctor Sundaram.

Keep in mind when I give my comments it was a busy and kind of stressful day! I believe her bedside manner could have been a bit better. When I asked questions about ever being able to return to what I knew my old life to be. The stern lecture was entirely unnecessary as I'm still in a state of confusion and learning a new normal. Compassion would have been nice although I do understand her position and was not offended, and I do respect and like her very much.

I love Lauri. I’ve always had the best experience with her while consulting. She listens to everything I’ve to say, she explains what can be done, treatment plan is done in detail and she ensures I understand everything she says. She tells me why something can or not be done.
