I specifically made an appointment to see the ortho doctor. I do not mind if the NP helps, but I was told many times the doctor would be in, and he never showed. Lauren was ok, but I would have asked more questions to her if I knew the doctor was actually never going to come in the room despite being told he would be in. I drove over an hour to see the doctor based on recommendations. I wanted my son to see the doctor for a hand injury. I have gone to Campbell’s for over 40 years. This was the first time I’ve had a bad experience. I don’t really want to go back to my follow-up and may switch orthopedic groups.
Really like her. She was great with my daughter and just a very kind person. If I have to go back anytime again I will be requesting her each time.
