Lauren is very nice, takes her time with you and answers all your questions.
I recently became a new patient. I really like Dr. Dugan. She listens to my concerns about my allergies. (You’ve gotta love the Ohio Valley. If you currently don’t have allergies, give it time. You will.) And any issues with my medications and their costs. (I recently retired, so I’m monitoring my expenses.)
Excellent and easy to talk too. Patient and willingness to always help.
I appreciate Lauren, she asks good questions and leaves plenty of time for me to ask questions. Even when the electricity goes out in the middle of the appointment she keeps going and finds a way to make sure i get what i need.
