I was very disappointed with the service I received from this provider. I didn't feel like she was listening during my appointment. On multiple occasions, I would provide information, and then she would ask a question that had already been answered, making it seem as though she hadn't heard what I had just said. In addition, my prescription was never called in after my appointment, and the pharmacy had to contact her office to get it taken care of. This caused an unnecessary delay and added frustration. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had at Rapid Access.

We came in for a severe fibromyalgia flair up and needed help managing the severe pain. We left in tears and no help.
