Laura Guardiano, APRN, earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Connecticut State University, a Nursing diploma from Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing, and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She went on to complete her Master’s degree in Nursing at Quinnipiac University. Laura is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board and graduated as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Before becoming an APRN, Laura worked as a Registered Nurse for three years on the medical-surgical and telemetry units at Bridgeport Hospital, followed by seven years in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Yale New Haven Hospital. She also maintains her certification as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN).
Laura is passionate about helping people manage and alleviate their pain, with the goal of restoring their quality of life. She collaborates closely with the Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine team, as well as physical and occupational therapists, to ensure her patients receive comprehensive and individualized care. Laura is known for her compassionate approach and dedication to her patient’s well-being, taking the time to listen, educate, and guide them through their recovery journey.
