I have been experiencing the same symptoms I have been tested and treated for at this clinic. She disregarded that and said I have an overactive bladder not looking at my urine specimen. My urine specimen showed blood and protein. She said that my general practitioner would take care of that. My general practitioner referred me to urology for them to further investigate my problems. I feel that I was blown off.

The smile and the friendly speech was a plus

This was by far the worse treatment (bcg) I’ve had in the 4 years I’ve dealt w it. When the tube was inserted I told her it hurt in my kidney. She was not sensitive regarding the pain I was feeling. I’ve done this procedure probably close to 75 times in the last 4 years. This one was very painful. She didn’t offer to adjust it or pull it back a bit she just blew the balloon up and said there was a bit of resistance. I think it should be mandatory that anyone doing this procedure should periodically have to have it done to them. So that they will have some sort of sympathetic response to how this feels. Subsequently. Following the pain of the insertion of the catheter. This bcg treatment affected me harsher than any of the other treatments I’ve had. I was so sick last night. I had chills to my core w an electric blanket on 7 for several hours. Bcg treatments typically leave me drained for 24 hours w slight stomach ache and slight chill after 4/5 treatments yesterday was bad!!
