My the whole experience in the office was very strange and uncomfortable. There was no personality in anyone. All the employees seemed like the were try to stick to a script and/or were clinically depressed.

This was the most impersonal visit I have had in my life. The entire exam was scripted, and I wondered if she was actually embalmed.
