Kristen Jett, FNP-C

Kristen Jett, FNP-C, was born and raised in Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, and spent over a decade working as an emergency room nurse, including travel assignments in California and Texas. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, becoming a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Kristen has been with Sweetgrass Pediatrics for over 10 years, providing compassionate, comprehensive care to children and families. In addition to pediatrics, she has experience in inpatient psychiatry and women's health/OB-GYN, offering a well-rounded approach to family care.

Outside of work, Kristen is a proud mom to her two children, London Grace and Liam. Her home is affectionately known as a small animal farm-shared with three cats, a bunny, two turtles, a bearded dragon, a ball python, and two crested geckos. She enjoys salsa and ballroom dancing, celebrating cultural diversity, and cherishes the rich international community that surrounds her-especially as her children are half Chinese.
