Kristen Gomez, NP

Kristen Gomez, NP, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a robust background in critical care, emergency medicine, pain management, fitness and wellness. With 12 years of experience in healthcare, Kristen brings a wealth of clinical expertise and compassionate patient care to her practice.

Kristen began her nursing career in the prestigious Critical Care and Trauma Nurse Internship at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX, where she honed her skills in high-pressure environments. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southern Methodist University.

Kristen is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) and holds additional certification as a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN). She maintains active membership in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as the Texas Nurse Practitioners and North Texas Nurse Practitioners associations where she continues to stay abreast of current healthcare trends and best practices.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Kristen enjoys reading, traveling, baking, and cherishing everyday moments with her active family. Her goal as a provider is to help her patients optimize their health and wellbeing, better enabling them to fully enjoy their favorite activities.
