I want to take a moment to recognize an exceptional healthcare professional who truly made a difference in my life—Kristen Cuthrell. From the very first appointment, she approached my knee diagnosis with genuine care, patience, and professionalism. What stood out to me most was how she took the time to truly listen. She didn’t rush through the visit or make me feel like just another patient on the schedule. Instead, she carefully explained what was going on with my knee, walked me through the diagnosis in a way I could clearly understand, and made sure I felt confident about the next steps. Kristen has a rare gift—not only is she highly knowledgeable and skilled in her field, but she also brings compassion and encouragement into the room.
