She was great! She answered all my questions and help me to pick the treatment that was going to work for me.
Kristen was quite pleasant and informed about her craft. She took her time and answered every question we had. Kristen made me feel comfortable about having my hip replacement. She’s a great addition to the team!!!
I was told when my appointment was made that our images were requested and then I didn’t need to do anything else. I drove an hour for my appointment and was told that they needed the MRI report and because of that I would not be seen. So complete waste of time. The doctor wouldn’t even see us or speak with us. We waited for a month for this appointment. I was not told I needed to get a copy of the MRI report or anything else prior to our appointment highly upset at the lack of communication and professionalism and wasting our valuable time.
